Community Content and User Submissions

Virtual Content and Platform Balances
The Service may offer Virtual Content, reward points, platform credits, or other non-cash digital features.

- Virtual Content has no real-world cash value
- Virtual Content is licensed, not sold
- Virtual Content cannot be transferred, redeemed, or exchanged for money
- Virtual Content may be modified, revoked, expired, or discontinued at any time
- We are not obligated to maintain any particular Virtual Content, feature, or reward system indefinitely
Any platform balances, credits, or rewards displayed in the Service are for platform use only and do not constitute bank deposits, stored monetary value, or user-owned funds unless expressly required under applicable law.
Purchases and Payments
The Service may offer paid features, subscriptions, access plans, cosmetic items, or other digital purchases.
By making a purchase, You represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
- the billing information provided is accurate

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You to Us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lotus365 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
- any Content You submit or activity conducted through Your Account
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
If You have any dispute, concern, or claim relating to the Service, You agree to first contact Us and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Failure by Us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes Your acceptance of those revised Terms.
